If your domain has not yet been moved to the self-management platform, for a transitional period, the legacy management system remains available to make changes to the data we hold on the register using the Legacy Modifications form.
This form can be used to update out-of-date contact information to enable you to be able to then use automatic self-management setup.
If you wish to make technical changes (such as updating nameservers) please set up self-management for the domain name. If you are unable to do this (e.g. because the Registrant no longer has access to his or her email address that was used to register the domain), please contact us for advice on making changes and, if necessary, reconfirming your identity and/or authorisation.
