Conditions: Charges will be applied as specified in our price list. The
Billing Contact listed will be invoiced within ten (10) days of 
acceptance of an application for a domain name.

The party requesting registration of this name certifies that, to
her/his knowledge, the use of this name does not violate trademark or 
other statutes. 

By applying for the Internet Name, the applicant certifies that he or
she has the right to use the name, and hereby indemnifies Island Networks 
in the event of any dispute arising over the name. 

Registering an Internet Name does not confer any legal rights to that
name and any disputes between parties over the rights to use a particular 
name are to be settled between the contending parties using normal legal methods. 

By applying for the name and through the use or continued use of the
name, the applicant agrees to be bound by the terms of Island Networks' 
current naming standards, policies and Terms and Conditions to be found
on the website at http://www.isles.net 

If this application is made through an agent, such as an Internet
Service Provider, that agent accepts the responsibility to notify the 
applicant of the conditions on the registration of the Domain name and 
to provide the applicant a copy of the current version of the Terms 
and Conditions. 

The applicant acknowledges and agrees that Island Networks may change
the terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions from time to time 
under the conditions contained within them. 

The applicant agrees that if the use of the name is challenged by any
third party, or if any dispute arises under the Registration Agreement, 
the applicant will abide by the procedures specified in the Terms and 
Conditions. 

The Registration Agreement shall be governed in all respects by and
construed in accordance with Alderney Law. 

The Registration Agreement in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions is
the complete and exclusive agreement of the applicant and Island Networks 
regarding Domain names. It supersedes, and its terms govern, all prior 
proposals, agreements, or other communications between the parties. The 
Agreement may only be amended as provided in the Terms
and Conditions.
