Changing Contact Information
You must complete ALL parts of the form including those where there are no changes.
Modifications should normally be submitted by the registrant or by an existing contact.
If this is not practicable we can accept instructions from a third party providing we have a letter of authority from the registrant. This letter should be sent by post to our office address. Where a change is urgent a signed copy may be faxed to us on 0870 321 2289, or sent by email (attached in the form of a PDF file only).
